sports in cover-19 pandemic

in 2019 november, there was a strike in pandemic called corona virus or knows as covid-19. it was a scary virus, it will disrupt your syntoms and it will make you hard to breadth. this was deadly and everyone was scared. by the way, hi, in this blog, i will tell you on how to overcome it. sports are very vital in this corona virus pandemic because making your body fit will make you avoid from the virus. but, i never said that if you do sports regularly and you will not get the virus. NO, the reason why i say that because if you force yourself too hard, it will make your body tired, making the virus get in your body easier. try to do normal stretching and jog at least twice a week, i guarantee you that your will have a clearer mind and your body will feel good. in conclusion, i want everyone to know that sports in this pandemic is very important. stay safe!
